Deposit Requirements

In order to guarantee your reservation, a deposit equivalent to your first night's rental is required, with the exception of weekly and monthly stays. Weekly stays require a 50% deposit of the first week's rental. Monthly stays require a 50% deposit of the first month's rental.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should it become necessary to cancel or change your reservation, Westhill Estates must receive notice seven (7) days prior to your arrival for all stays in July and August, on holiday weekends, weekly and monthly stays. Two (2) day notice is required on all other reservations. If you made changes or cancellations outside the required time frame, or if you do not show on the day of your arrival, then you will forfeit the deposit. A full refund is available if cancellations or changes are made within required time frame.

• Our suites are self-contained housekeeping units.
• We have a strict 'no pets' policy and all suites are non-smoking.
• Check-in Time: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• If you are checking in after 8:00 pm, please make prior arrangements.
• Check-out Time: 11:00 am

Once we have confirmed the suite availability, all reservations require a Visa or Master Card credit card number, expiry date and the cardholder's name to guarantee the reservation. We accept only guaranteed reservations.
